    Description

    Fresh from a great old estate is this antique cast iron eagle measuring 6" tall and 11" wide at the wings. I believe this piece dates to around 1890 or possibly a bit earlier and was originally screwed into something but I don't know what. The surface still retains its original gold painted surface with a great aged patina. The eagle won't stand upright on its own but making a stand shouldn't be difficult if someone decides to. All in all a really nice old eagle. Please email if you have any questions.
