Antique Willow Woven Fishing Creel Basket w Handcrafted Harness Japan as is

This willow loose weave fishing creel was originally in my grandfather's possession in the 1930's probably and passed on to my parents in the 1950's.  It is in fair condition with the hinged lid a little offset and does not open easily.  The willow is in good condition inside and out.  The harness has been completely hand crafted of hand cut or a leather belt, plastic and canvas twill strapping (whatever seemed to be on hand) with rivet attachments.  True folk art.  There is a ruler on the lid for fish measurement.  I wiped the leather to remove some dust from storage but did not attempt to clean any of the willow.
