The condition of this item is a
NEW OPEN BOX UNIT WITH SOME MINOR ISSUES
. This unit is unused and has not been installed however it has suffered some minor damage during shipping (see last two photos).
#1 The flashing is slightly bent on one corner, not a big deal as it goes under the shingles
.
#2, the thermostat is missing the knob protrusion, however it can be adjusted by using a set of pliers.
