Authentic Vintage 1949 Ellabelle Davis tour booking print ad from Musical America magazine. This is a chance to own a piece of authentic American theatrical history. Ellabelle was an American soprano who began her musical career at The Town Hall in 1942. As an opera singer, Davis was the first African-American to play the lead role of Aida during her 1946 performance at the Opera Nacional of Mexico.
