gemology portalab (portable laboratory for gemological testing)

Description

Fitted black painted aluminum case with handle, latches and combination lock (000 opens it), detachable lid.  Bausch & Lomb binocular microscope with stand and 2x objective lens.  GIA Duplex II refractometer with magnifying lens, polaroid filter, and unopened refractive index liquid.  Central chamber with hinged lid for long wave and short wave ultraviolet examination.  Light guide fiberoptic cable with color wheel attachment and bent-tip end.  Other cross polarizers with stand.  Emerald filter, dichroscope, fluorescent light, spectroscope, immersion cell with immersion oil, 2 supports (one straight and one hinged), stone holder, 3 extra bulbs for refractometer light, set of 5 diamond color grading CZ's in case with additional larger white background having two channels, another extra bulb.  Also with one 110 volt cable to power the portalab and the owners manual (both of these along with the fiberoptic cable are located under the foam padding to the detachable lid).   All bulbs currenty functioning.  I removed the battery because I never used it as 110 volt electricity was always available.  There is black tape over the refractometer light sodium filter so that it doesn't fall out during moving/carrying.
