Return Policy: eBay has recently instituted a minimum return policy of 30 Days (to be considered a "Top Seller") which for used and very often vintage equipment is, in my opinion, too long. And all I sell is used and vintage equipment. I've checked the "No Returns Accepted" box for every item I am offering for sale but that doesn't mean I won't stand behind what I'm selling.Unless otherwise stated every item will come with a 7 day return privilege from the day you receive it. This is something that I did way back when,
well before
eBay got around to instituting a return policy. And if I've made a mistake (I do on rare occasions) and it is not as described I will also pay for the return shipping. The buyer shouldn't have to pay for my mistakes. However, if you've purchased an item in error (e.g. an FD Canon manual focus lens to use on your EF mount autofocus digital body) or had a change of heart and no longer want the item within the first 7 Days then you're going to pay the return shipping as I shouldn't have to pay for your mistakes or post-purchase decisions. That seems fair to me.
I will also offer warranties of 30 Days or more on certain items. Expect to see that with more user oriented items than with collector oriented items.
Box Camera Collection
Hello, and thanks for looking. Here we have a large assortment of box cameras from assorted makers though mostly Kodaks as you might expect. These were on display at a small camera shop in northern NJ that closed years ago so expect a little dust. And some are missing straps etc. There are some duplicates (and even some triplicates and four of one!). And believe it or not I think there’s even more than what is shown here but I can’t find them at the moment so they’ll have to be in a different listing some day. Tried to list all the multiples but could have missed something. 38 cameras in all.
Shipping costs reflect the size and weight of a box full of 38 box cameras (44+ lbs for just the cameras!) from New Jersey - or you’re welcome to pick up just across the Delaware in Easton, PA. Looks like UPS will be the best option. I used the calculator on their site and came up with around 0 for a 24x24x24” box (49 lbs) from NJ to Los Angeles so you can estimate using that and your own experience as a baseline. In my experience the eBay calculators for large and heavy packages are not accurate so please, if you’re interested in knowing the shipping cost go to the UPS site and plug in those numbers to your destination. Compare them with the cost shown by eBay. Buyer will be charged the exact cost of shipping. No more No less. I do not charge packing or handling fees. Here’s the list:
