The panel has the original tags:  One with Maria Kipp, Los Angeles, Calif. logo; one with the design number and description written in ink; one with the label 'Jacobson Interiors, Inc;" and one with additional details written in ink.
Dimensions are 97 in tall x 49 in wide.
The condition is good.  One side of the panel is stained with red dye.
The item comes with a letter of authenticity from Kelmscott Gallery, where the item was purchased in 2011.
