This oscilloscope has been tested and has the following issue:
The trace rotation and level adjustment knobs are missing. The oscilloscope was tested with a signal generator at several different frequencies between 10 MHz and 100 MHz and it displayed a good quality waveform on all four channels. The buttons and knobs are functional.
Cosmetic Condition:
The oscilloscope is in good cosmetic condition.
