This unit had a busted CRT, it was replaced and no other repairs were performed.
Adjustments may be required if you need a more accurate reading etc..
Has a new Battery installed
unit has various cosmetic defects .
the rear bezel is cracked in several places, the front bezel has a crack in one corner.
