Bench Tested
The 50 Ohm setting does not switch the relay in CH1. The problem was traced to one of the digital I/O pins on the CH1 amplifier ASIC. One of the digital I/O pins is internally shorted to GND on this BGA device.
This scope will work fine with passive probes, but not active probes on CH1.  SPC cannot be performed because of this short
