This old exhaust fan was received from an estate where it was stored unused in the garage for years.
The fan and motor assembly disconnects by way of a simple plug from the housing for maintenance, and I was able to plug it in to see that it still works fine.  It started very slowly though, as it is covered in grease and needs a good cleaning to spin up to speed more quickly.  But it did spin all the way up and ran smoothly at speed.
I didn't test the wiring in the housing, so you may need to maintain that as required, but it looks to be a very simple device (just an outlet and lead wire setup).
The fan and motor assembly mounts to two bolt studs with wingnuts (included).
Included is the housing with board and wire attached as shown, the fan and motor assembly with wingnuts, the outer trim ring in off-white finish, the main grill in oxidized chrome, and the bare aluminum center nut with logo as shown.
This item is very greasy and will need a good cleaning and general restoration to look and operate as best as possible.
The grill is about 10-1/2" diameter, the trim ring is about 13" diameter, and the housing with everything but the wiring attached is about 14" x 14" x 8", it is about 4" deep excluding the grill, trim ring, stem and nut.
