Vintage Colibri QTR163 Lighter + Cigar Cutter

Description

Vintage Colibri QTR163 Lighter + Cigar Cutter.  These items are both preowned.  No original boxes or packaging.  The cutter has initials on one side.  The lighter is not monogrammed.  The lighter works but i haven't a clue how much fuel remains in it.  These items show common signs of use such as minor scratches,  scuffs,  etc.  There is black soot looking material on lighter near where flame comes out.  Review listed pictures for further description and condition.
