Vintage Wicker & Leather Fishing Creel with 3 Straps

Vintage Wicker and Leather Fishing Creel
Ruler measures along the back ridge -goes up to 10" (hard to see)
Below that is Made in China and what looks like 15 or 16"
small leather carry handle in center (top of back side) seam is wearing where
it connects to the reel
An adjustable leather shoulder strap that goes through the inside
Wide part of strap is about 16" long by 2" wide
Another  narrower adjustable strap with buckle is attached at
one end, but has broken away from the other side
Base is 15" across and about 6.5" deep
the wicker weaving looks good
leather (I assume it is leather) has some wear on edges
Wicker looks good
Straps are stiffish
Small leather closing strap on front is good
